Who is responsible

What we collect

When you send the assessment form, we receive your name, work email, company, country, the number of systems, what you run and your message. When you write to contact@forkward.eu, we receive your email and what it contains.

Our web server keeps standard access logs: IP address, time, the page requested and the browser's identification. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use your request to answer you and to prepare an offer, which are steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep server logs to protect the website and fix problems, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who else handles the data

Google and Cloudflare are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for data that leaves the European Union. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your request while we discuss it with you. If no contract follows, we delete it after 24 months at the latest. If you become a customer, the contract's own records apply.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Write to contact@forkward.eu. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.
